SHIPPING POLICY

At Gracious Goods, every product is handcrafted in small batches using wholesome, farm sourced ingredients. To ensure each order is as fresh as possible, we ship orders every Monday and Friday.

Orders placed before a shipping day will be included in that shipment whenever possible.
Orders placed after our shipping cutoff will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because our products are handcrafted with natural ingredients and are considered personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps protect the safety, quality, and integrity of every product we make and ensures that every customer receives items that have never been opened, used, or stored outside of our care.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging, and we'll make it right as soon as possible.
